thanks alot ^___^My dog has car oil on hmself and i cant get it off with his shampoo.what should i do???
I got it out with Dawn dish soap. Then I put vinegar in the rinse water to get all the dish soap out and balance the pH. ( 1/4 cup vinegar to one gallon of water)

You can spread clay cat litter under the car, to make it less comfortable to lie on, and absorb the oil so it won't get in his coat.My dog has car oil on hmself and i cant get it off with his shampoo.what should i do???
rub peanut butter into the oily patches and then shampoo out the peanut butter with a gentle dishwashing liquid soap, the peanut oil will break down the motor oil and carry it out of the fur. then don't let your dog sleep under the car until you get the oil leaks fixed.
Pour flour or baby powder on the oil and let it absorb as much oil as possible, let set for an hour or so and brush through. Repeat if needed. Then shampoo with a dish detergent like Dawn to remove residual oil.
Dawn dishsoap! It'sa great degreaser and is what the pro's use to remove oil from water fowl who get caught in oil slicks. A good ear cleaner should work wonders on the ears!
