When you shampoo carpet in a car do it make it look like brand new carpet?

Depends on how bad the stains are in the carpet. If it is just dirty, then yeah, you can make it look new. If it has ground in stains, then I doubt if it will look completely new, but it will look better and not as noticeable. good luck.
